An Alerta asset monitoring system has recently been installed at the London City Airport DLR station to monitor, measure and maintain the hydraulic lifts manufactured by Stannah Lifts. Although this is a fairly new installation the Alerta system is already proving to be a great success with maintenance downtime reduced and cost savings being acheived.
Lite4Life is certainly a shining star in the BBC broadcasting house in London where recently the Lite4Life wayfinder system was chosen by the BBC fire team to be installed into the media cafe area. The low level lighting system will enable safe evacuation of staff and visitors should a fire and smoke rendering at high level take effect.
Alerta has duly arrived at the new DLR (Docklands Light Railway) in London. Four DLR stations are now running the Alerta system on various assets inclouding escalators, lifts, and even people counting onto the platforms. The Alerta system is so versatile it can count people by direction and by volume allowing full control of people movement within the stations enviroment.
H3S Lite4Life has duly arrived on the international scene with the award of the first new shopping mall complex in Ho Chi Minh city Vietnam. H3S Lite4Life was awarded to supply and operate the evacuation system using the Lite4Life within the Vincom shopping center. The first phase will be completed by January 2018 and additional phases will be installed during a 18 month programme.
